We are snowbirds and have enjoyed renting to medical and co-op students while we are away down south.

A 5 minute walk to the B line Express bus stop, a 6 minute ride to downtown Hamilton and 20-25 minutes by bus, directly to McMaster.

The second floor offers 3 spacious bedrooms each with a quality queen bed. 2 bedrooms have desks. Upstairs laundry and washroom.

The covered front porch and rear balcony off the third bedroom provides a place to vape or smoke.

All utilities are included, including the highest available internet speed, 1 Gbps. TV with 20 channels plus an extra 20 channels of your choice customizable once a month.

Tandem parking for 3 cars. Since that likely entails juggling of cars, also street parking can be arranged by permit for a nominal fee.

~10 minute drive distance to St. Joes & Jurvinski & HGH.

~20 minute drive distance to MUMC/McMaster.

Walk to St Peters hospital 600 metres.

Juravinski Cancer Centre and Juravinski Hospital a 2.6 km walk for the super fit, up the 'mountain', it's more feasible on the return home ! 5.1 km by car. ( 1.1 km as the crow flies but not relevant if you don't happen to be a bird, as it's navigating the 'mountain' ).
