While you are staying in my place, you will have the place fully to yourself as I will be away for the summer (June to August) and weeks to months at a time in the winter. (Jan - March 2024)

There are two very spacious bedrooms, the master has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, and there is a full second bathroom. 

Arthur Condominiums is a newer building with recently upgraded security and is very well maintained. This location is right next to the pathways along the river valley as well as close to Whyte Ave. Perfect location for summer!
