Description
A spacious and cozy 2 bedroom basement suite about 10 minutes from Royal Alexandria Hospital and 20 minutes from University of Alberta and Stollery Children's Hospital in Edmonton, AB. I am currently converting from a long term rental to a place for travel nurses and will have it furnished and ready for June 1. I will update the photos when available. The main bedroom will have a queen size bed and the smaller second room will have a twin bed. Fully furnished kitchen including dishwasher is perfect for mid-term stays (30 days minimum). There is one 4 piece bathroom in the suite. I will be setting up a small desk for a workstation. Shared laundry in the house with the upstairs tenants who are quiet, great tenants. Plenty of street parking is available in this quiet neighbourhood. Heat, electricity, internet, water and garbage collection is included in the rate. One cleaning will be done upon move out. Tenant is responsible for cleaning during their tenancy.
