Furnished Furnished three bedroom apartment in historic manor, minutes from University Hospital

3 bedroom furnished apartment, minutes away from University Hospital. This apartment is a two-story wing in Woodholme Manor, a quiet spot near walking trails. We live in the main part of the house. Your apartment has three bedrooms (queen bed, full bed, and single bed) and one bathroom on the second floor (and an additional 'yoga room'). On the first floor there is a living/dining room, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a extra room that can be used as a meeting room (it is too cold to use in the winter though). You have your own entrance, a side yard (not fenced), and carport parking for up to two vehicles.  There is a shared laundry room. The house is furnished with a mix of antiques and contemporary pieces. The apartment is not small child-friendly as the bedroom windows open directly onto flat roofs (renters are not allowed on the flat roofs).

We are willing to consider pets, but we have two cats and a dog, and we need quiet as we work from home, so that must be taken into consideration.

Please note this house was built in 1867 and it has quirks, as all old homes do. It does not have central air, and heating is via hot water radiators. Wifi is usually reliable but can be spotty.
