The building is 5 minutes walk to Union Station, 3 minutes to King. Access to busses and streetcars just outside the buiulding or a block north on Church and King, respectivley. City Bike share is also available outside the building on the south-west corner of Esplanade and Church or in the Green P garage to the back of the apartment. EV chargers are also avaialble in the Green P.
