Includes a full kitchen with new appliances, private bathroom, private in-suite washer and dryer, air conditioning, thermostat for the suite (separate from the rest of the house) We are a married couple in our 50s who own the house and live upstairs. Our adult children have moved out, so the house is now quiet. Situated in the beautiful Dunbar neighborhood, the house is 6 km from UBC, 5.5 km from Women's/Children's hospital, and 5km from VGH. The house is 2 blocks from the 25th bus line (to UBC and hospitals), 2 blocks from the 29th Ave bike route (to UBC and hospitals), and 2 blocks from Dunbar Street which has important amenities including Stong's grocery, banks, liquor store, and Dunbar community center. Lots of free street parking in front of the house. The suite is furnished, but it can be unfurnished if preferred. The suite has been rented only once to a UBC medical student. She is happy to speak to prospective tenants who have questions about us, the house, or the neighborhood. Available June 1st, or July 1st, or August 1st, 2025 (flexible move in and move out dates) The rent is $2,000/month, which includes all utilities and Wi-fi.
