Bedroom is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, secretary desk, and futon-style armchair. Full-height closet in bedroom; linens, towels, and pillows provided. There are pots and pans/dishes for your use in the kitchen.

Apartment is 10 minute drive/25 minute bus ride from McMaster main campus and McMaster Children's Hospital, 10 min drive/30 min bus ride to Juravinski hospital, 10 min drive/20 min bus ride to St Joseph's, and 4 min drive/15 min walk to Hamilton General Hospital. Bus stop is a short walk away. Located near restaurant and entertainment districts including Augusta Street, James Street North, and Locke Street.

I work evenings and weekends, rising later in the morning. The apartment is designed to afford privacy, with the bathroom immediately outside the bedroom, the kitchen close to that, and a private entrance via the deck. My bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor.
