This bright bedroom has shared access to bathrooms, kitchen, two common areas and laundry & in the summer a large deck. Room is available furnished or unfurnished, parking included onsite. Less than 20 minute drive to Huntsville District Memorial Hospital (17km) or Bracebridge to South Muskoka Memorial Hospital (23km) Internet is included

Home is centrally located close to highway 11 making both Huntsville and Bracebridge a short drive away.  Utilities, snow removal and lawn care included.  Garden space is available for those with a green thumb.  
Enjoy the bright common areas including a living room, dining room and rec room as well as a large deck or smaller outdoor seating area.  Or cook your own meals in the stocked kitchen including large pantry & additional storage space available in outside shed if needed.
