Furnished bedroom room with private bathroom available in home, shared kitchen • includes all utilities and access to wireless high speed internet, on site laundry facilities. Room is furnished: linens, towels, pillows and there are pots and pans/dishes for your use in the kitchen. 

There is a bookshelf and writing desk, double bed, side tables, lamps, bathroom and outside deck for your use. Laundry facility also. There is offstreet parking in the visitor parking lot. This is a townhouse.  Home is 1 min to public transportation. . 10 minutes to McMaster University by car. 5 mins walk to the Dundas valley conservation area, hiking trails. No couples, overnight guests or smokers.

I work in the film industry and travel often so most of time  you would be the only one in the home. I respect your privacy and focus on your work so you may have space and distance from me. The house is designed to afford privacy. But if you do want conversation over a glass of wine, I am worldly and well-traveled so I can meet you there.
