Furnished Your own hip and humble home

Designer decorated unit in 100 year old townhouse. Everything in pics is yours alone; Full apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and two closets. Exposed brick, pot-lights, comfy and cozy. I like a lot of colour, so I've utilised that to express my own style.

I really like the shelving I designed for under the stairs, that go through from the living room to the bedroom- you can access them on both sides so it's a very functional use of the wide space that separates the rooms. Front garden with sitting area is generally just for you, although sometimes shared with friendly neighbors. Funky + friendly neighbourhood. 24 hour public transport, close to several colleges and universities, lots of cool restos, cafes, antique stores, galleries +++ Everything you need is in walking distance or an easy hop on the TTC.

I love this neighbourhood because there are so many different styles of houses and people, all the yards have trees and gardens so it feels suburban in good way- it's colourful and friendly. I'm surrounded by cool urban areas within walking distance in all directions: In addition to downtown, there's Leslieville, Little India, the Beaches and the actual beach practically at your doorstep. Free internet Wifi, Smart TV with Netflix, Prime and Apple TV (plus a chromecast ifyou have other preferences) included. Good working space with 30"x40" desk and drawers, and an extra monitor that you can attach to your own laptop.

(Be aware that the house is part of a 100 year old row house, and we're attached on both sides. We must be considerate of the neighbours with regard to noise and smoking. Smoking must be taken to the sidewalk, as far from the house as possible.)
