Hello, 

We are looking for a home in Victoria for our family starting July/August/September. We'd need 2+ bedrooms, furnished or unfurnished for about 12months with some flexibility on start date. I'll be in 4th year of medical school located in Victoria from mid August and my husband is a UVic PhD student back to in person studies in September. Our older child will be starting kindergarten close to UVic.  Ideally close-ish to UVic with husband and kiddo's school and access to a fenced back yard (or close by park/playground) would be a huge bonus! No pets, non-smoking, bedtime around 8pm up around 7am. We have experience as tenants and landlords. Husband has worked as a handyman/in finishing construction before.
