Hi there! 

Who: I'm a 37 year old (male) new staff physician about to finish my fellowship and moving to Calgary to practice at the Foothills Medical Center (FMC). Active, so will have some sports equipment (skis and bikes), but organized and neat.

What: I'm looking for a two-bedroom (or more) rental easy communting distance from FMC (for example Point McKay, Hillhurst, West Hillhurst, University etc). Furnished or unfurnished. Pet friendly (no dog yet, but plans to get one), yard and/or park access ideal.

When: My start date is September 1st 2025, and I'd ideally move in the last week of August if negotiable.
